This 5000 year old natural healing system of yoga teaches that how we approach life on a daily basis determines our mind, body, spirit health. In Ayurveda we learn the hidden code within each of us for living healthy, loosing weight, and honoring the best routine for everything life to roll masterfully smooth.

In part II of our Ayurvedic classes, Syl teaches a 25 minute introduction into the three primary Doshas. Learn how the doshas affect every aspect of who your are, as you begin to understand the dynamics of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Once you learn the primary doshas, you begin to understand how maintaining, or restoring, your physical health, optimal body shape, and emotional and spiritual well-being is right in the palm of your hand.
